یہ آیا ت ہیں پر حکو مت کتا ب کی ۔
ہدا یت اور رحمت ہے نیکو کا رو ں کے لئے ۔
وہ لو گ جو قا ئم کرتے ہیں نما ز اور ادا کرتے ہیں زکو ۃ اور وہی ہیں آخرت ہر یقین رکھتے ہیں ۔
یہی لو گ ہیں ہدا یت پر اپنے رب کی طرف سے اور یہی لو گ ہیں جو کا میا ب ہیں ۔
اور لو گو ں میں بعض ایسا ہے جو خرید لا تا ہے ۔
بیہو دہ حکا یتیں تا کہ گمر اہ کرے اللہ کے را ستے سے بغیر علم کے اور بنا ئے اسے مذاق ۔ یہی لو گ ہیں جن کے لیے عذاب ہے ذلت والا ۔
اور جب پڑ ھی جا تی ہیں اس کے سا منے ہما ری آیا ت تو رخ پھیر لیتا ہے تکبر سے گو یا کہ نہیں سنا انکو ۔ جیسے کہ اس کے کا نو ں میں بہرا پن ہے ۔ تو خو شخبری سنا دو اس کو عذا ب کی ۔
یقینا جو لو گ ایما ن لا ئے اور کرتے رہے نیک اعما ل انکے لئے با غ ہیں نعمت کے ۔
رہیں گے ہمیشہ ان میں اللہ کا وعدہ سچا ہے ۔ اور غا لب ہے حکمت والا ہے ۔
پیدا کیا اس نے آسما نوں کو بغیر ستونو ں کے دیکھتے ہو تم جن کو ۔ اور ڈا ل دیئے زمین میں پہا ڑ تا کہ نہ ڈو لنے لگے تم کو لیکر اور پھیلا دیئے اس میں ہر طر ح کے جا ندا ر ۔ اور ہم نے نا زل کیا آسما ن سے پا نی پھر اگا ئیں اس میں ہر قسم کی عمدہ چیزیں ۔
یہ تخلیق ہے اللہ کی تو دیکھا ؤ مجھے کیا پیدا کیا ہے انہو ں نے جو اس کے سوا ہیں ۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ یہ ظا لم کھلی گمرا ہی میں ہیں ۔
اور یقنا عطا کی ہم نے لقما ن کو حکمت کہ شکر کر اللہ کا ۔ اور جو کو ئی شکر کرتا ہے تو بس وہ شکر کرتا ہے اپنے ہی لیے ۔ اور جس نے نا شکری کی تو یقینا اللہ بے نیاز ہے لا ئق حمد و ثنا ہے ۔
اور جب کہا لقما ن نے اپنے بیٹے کو اور وہ اس کو نصیحت کر رھا تھا کہ اے میرے بیٹے نہ شریک کرنا اللہ کے سا تھ ۔ یقینا شرک ظلم عظیم ہے ۔
اور تا کید کی ہم نے انسا ن کو اس کے وا لدین کے با رے میں ۔ اٹھا ئے رکھتی ہے جسے اسکی ما ں تکلیف پر تکلیف سےا ور دودھ چھڑا نا ہو تا ہے اس کا دو بر س میں کہ شکر کرتا رہے میرا اور اپنے والدین کا ۔ میری ہی طرف لو ٹنا ہے۔
اور اگر وہ دو نوں زورڈالیں تجھ پر اسکا کہ تو شریک کرے میرے سا تھ وہ نہیں ہے تجھے جس کا کچھ علم تو نہ کہا ما ننا ان دو نو کا ۔ اور ساتھ دینا دنو نو ں کا دنیا میں اچھی طرح ۔ اور پیروی کرنا را ستے کی اسکے جو رجو ع کرے میری طرف ۔
پھر میری طرف تم کو لو ٹ کر آنا ہے تو تم کو آگا ہ کر دوں گا وہ جو کچھ تم کرتے رہے ہو ۔
اے میرے بیٹے بیشک اگر ہو کچھ وزن میں برا بر رائی کے دانے کے پھر وہ کسی پتھر کے اندر یا اسما نوں میں یا زمین میں لے آئیگا اسکو اللہ ۔ بیشک اللہ با ریک بین ہے خبردار ہے ۔
اے میرے بیٹے قا ئم کر نما ز اور حکم سے نیک کا م کا اور منع کر برائی سے اور صبر کر اس پر جو مصیبت تجھ پر پڑے ۔ بیشک یہ بڑی ہمت کے کا م ہیں ۔
اور نہ پھلا اپنے گا ل لو گو ں کے سا منے اور نہ چل زمین میں اکڑکر ۔ بیشک اللہ نہیں پسند کرتا کسی اترانے والے شخیخو رے کو ۔
اور اعتدل اختیا ر کر اپنی چال میں اور نیچی رکھ اپنی آواز ۔ بیشک آوازوں میں سے سب سے نا پسندیدہ گدھے کی آوا ز ہے ۔
کیا نہیں دیکھا تم نے اللہ نے مسخر کر دیا ہے تمہا رے لئے جو کچھ آسما نوں میں اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے ۔ اور پو ری کر دی ہیں تم پر اپنی نعمتیں ظا ہری اور با طنی ۔ اور لو گو ں میں وہ ہے جو جھگڑتا ہے اللہ کے با رے میں بغیر علم اور بغیر ہدا یت اور بغیر راشن کتا ب کے ۔
اور جب کہا جا تا ہے ان سے کہ پیروی کرو اس کی جو نا زل فرما یا ہے اللہ نے ۔ کہتے ہیں بلکہ ہم ہیروی کریں گے اسی کی ہم نے پا یا جس پر اپنے با پ دادوں کو ۔ بھلا اگرچہ شیطا ن بلا تا ہو ان کو دوزخ کے عذاب کی طرف ۔
اور جو فر نبردار کر دے اپنے آپ کو اللہ کے سا منے اور وہ ہو نیکوکا ر تو یقینا اس نے تھا م، لیا ایک کڑا بہت مضبو ط ۔ اور اللہ کی طرف ہے انجا م سب کا موں کا ۔
اور جو کفر کرے تو غمنا ک کر دے تمہیں اس کا کفر ۔ ہما ری طرف ان کو لو ٹ کر آنا ہے پھر ہم جتا دیں گے ان کو جو کچھ وہ کیاکرتے تھے ۔ بیشک اللہ واقف ہے دلو ں کی با توں سے ۔
ہم پہنچا ئیں گے ان کو قا ئدہ تھوڑا سا پھر مجبو ر کر کے لیجا ئیں گے انہیں عذاب شدید کی طرف ۔
اور اگر تم ان سے پو چھو کہ کس نے پیدا کیا آسما نوں اور زمین کو تو ضرور بو ل اٹھیں گے اللہ نے ۔ کہہ دو کہ تما م حمد اللہ کے لئے ہے لیکن ان میں سے اکثر نہیں جا نتے ۔
اللہ کا ہی ہے جو کچھ آسما نوں اور زمین میں ہے ۔ بیشک اللہ ہی بے نیا ز لا ئق حمد ہے ۔
اور اگر یہ کہ جتنے زمین میں درخت ہیں قلم ہو جا ئیں اور سمندر اس کی سیا ہی ۔ اسکے بعد سا ت اور سمندر تو نہ ختم ہو ں اللہ کی با تیں ۔ بیشک اللہ غا لب ہے حکمت والا ہے ۔
نہیں تمہا را ہیدا کرنا اور نہ دو با رہ اٹھا نا مگر جیسے ایک شخص کا ۔ بے شک اللہ ہے سننے والا دیکھنے والا ۔
کیا نہیں تم نے دیکھا کہ اللہ دا خل کرتا ہے رات کو دن میں اور دا خل کرتا ہے دن کو رس ت میں اور مسخر کر رکھا ہے اسی نے سو رج اور چا ند کو ۔ ہر ایک چل رہا ہے ایک وقت مقرر تک اور یہ کہ اللہ اس سے جو تم کر تے ہو با خبر ہو ۔
یہ اس لیے کہ اللہ ہی بر حق ہے اور یہ کہ جس کو وہ پکا رتے ہیں اسکے سوا ہ وہ با طل ہے ۔ اور یہ کہ اللہ ہی عالی رتبہ بڑائی والا ہے ۔کیا نہیں تم نے دیکھا کہ کشتی چلتی ہے سمندر میں میربا نی سے اللہ کی ۔ تا کہ وہ تم کو دکھا ئے اپنی کچھ نشا نیا ں ۔ بیشک اس میں نشا نیا ں ہیں ہر اس شخص کے لئے جو صبر کرنے والا شکر کرنے والا ہے ۔
اور جب چھا جا تی ہے ان پر مو ج سا ئبانو ں کی طرح ۔ پکا رنے لگتے ہیں اللہ کو خا لص کر کے اس کے لئے عبا دت ۔ پھر جب وہ ان کو نجا ت دیتا ہے خشکی کی طرف تو ان میں کو ئی میا نہ رو رہتا ہے ۔ اور نہیں انکا ر کرتا ہما رہ نشا نیو ں سے مگر ہر وہ شخص جو عہد شکن نا شکر اہے ۔
یے لو گو ڈرو اپنے رب سے اور خو ف کرو اس دن کا م نہ آئے باپ اپنے بیٹے کے اور نہ اولا د ہی کچھ کا م آسکے اپنے با پ کے کچھ بھی ۔ بیشک اللہ کا وعدہ سچا ہے پس نہ ڈالے دھو کے میں تم کو دینا کی زندگی ۔ اور نہ فریب دے تمہیں اللہ کے با رے میں فریبی ۔
یقینا اللہ ہی کے پا س ہے قیا مت کا علم ۔ اور وہی برسا تا ہے با رش ۔ اور وہی جا نتا ہے جو ر حمو ں میں ہے ۔ اور نہیں جا نتا کو ئی شخص کہ کیا کا م وہ کرے گا کل ۔ اور نہیں جا نتا کو ئی شخص کہ کس سر زمین میں اسے مو ت آئے گی ۔ بیشک اللہ جا ننے والا خبر دار ہے ۔
Surah Luqman With English Translation
These are the verses, but do not recite them.
There is guidance and mercy for the righteous.
Those who establish prayer and pay zakat, and they are the ones who believe in the Hereafter.
These are the people who are guided by their Lord and these are the people who are their followers.
And there are some people who buy.
Nonsense stories to make him go astray from the path of Allah without knowledge and make him a joke. These are the people for whom the punishment is humiliation.
And when our ayats are read to him, he turns away arrogantly and says that he did not hear them. Like he has deafness in the nineties. So give him thanks for the punishment.
Indeed, those who believe and continue to do good deeds are bound to be blessed.
Allah’s promise is true in them. And the dominant is the wise.
He created the heavens without pillars. And they put a mountain in the earth so that it does not start to move, and they spread it in every way. And We sent down water from the sky, then grew in it all kinds of good things.
This is the creation of Allah, so see what those who are besides Him have created for me. The truth is that these oppressors are in open error.
And We gave Luqman wisdom out of gratitude to Allah. And whoever gives thanks, he only gives thanks for himself. And whoever is ungrateful, surely Allah is in need, worthy of praise and praise.
And when Luqman said to his son and he was admonishing him, “O my son, do not share anything with Allah.” Indeed, polytheism is a great cruelty.
And what We have revealed to man about his parents. She carries him, whose mother does not get rid of pain after pain after two years. It’s on my side.
And if both of them overpower you and ask you to share it with me, you do not have any knowledge of it. And to support them in the world well. And to follow the path of the one who refers to me.
Then if you want to return to me, then I will make you aware of what you have been doing.
O my son, surely if there is something bad in the weight of a rye grain, it will be brought by Allah inside a stone or in the heavens or in the earth. Verily, Allah is Most Merciful.
O my son, establish prayer and enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil and be patient with whatever calamity befalls you. Surely, this is the result of great courage.
And don’t grow up with your people and don’t walk in the ground. Indeed, Allah does not like a boaster.
And choose moderation in your behavior and keep your voice low. Surely, the most disliked sound is the sound of a donkey.
Have you not seen that Allah has subjugated for you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth? And I have fulfilled my external and internal blessings on you. And among the people is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge and without guidance and without the book of guidance.
And when it is said to them to follow what Allah has sent down. They say, “Rather, we will become heroes of what we found our forefathers.” Well, even if Satan calls them to the punishment of Hellfire.
And the one who takes the fur away and acknowledges himself to Allah and is a righteous person, then surely he has taken a very strong bracelet. And to Allah is the end of all hearts.
And whoever disbelieves, let his disbelief make you sad. We have to bring them back to us, then we will give them what they used to do. Indeed, Allah is aware of the words of the hearts.
We will lead them to rule a little bit and then we will take them to the extreme melting point.
And if you ask them who created the heavens and the earth, Allah will surely answer. Say that all praise is for Allah, but most of them do not know.
To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Verily, Allah alone is worthy of praise.
And if all the trees in the earth become pens and the sea is black. After that, the seven and the seas do not end with the words of Allah. Verily, Allah is Mighty, Wise.
Not to hurt you and not to raise two people, but like one person. Indeed, Allah is the Hearing, the Seeing.
Have you not seen that Allah brings the night into the day and brings the day into the path, and He has subjugated the sun and the moon. Each one is running until an appointed time and that Allah is Aware of what you do.
This is because Allah alone is in the right and whoever they call upon is void. And that Allah alone is the most exalted. Haven’t you seen that the boat moves in the sea with the help of Allah. So that he can show you some of his tricks. Indeed, there are signs in it for everyone who is patient, grateful.
And when it is overshadowed by waves like umbrellas. They start calling out to Allah and worshiping Him. Then when he delivers them to the land, none of them weeps. And he does not reject our guidance, but everyone who breaks the covenant is ungrateful.
O people, be afraid of your Lord and be afraid of that day, neither the father of his son nor the children will be able to do anything to their father. Indeed, Allah’s promise is true, so do not deceive yourself about the life He has given you. And do not deceive you about Allah. Of course, only Allah has it
